State Policy on Reproductive Rights and Health
Since 1989, the Center has promoted public policy options that preserve reproductive rights and health for low income women and for women of color.

• Reproductive Laws for the Twenty First Century (2012). These Papers include new legal and policy analyses, research reports, and commentary on current and future threats to women’s reproductive rights, justice, and health -- both in the US and globally.
• HIV and Drug Policies: Women's Reproductive Rights Under Attack (2000). This report summarizes the proceedings of a Center policy seminar that brought together experts to discuss the impact on women's reproductive rights and health of HIV and drug policies that target pregnant women.
• Mandatory HIV Testing: A Threat to the Reproductive Rights of All Women (1997). This briefing paper shows how mandatory HIV testing policies erode the legal and public health framework of women's reproductive rights.
